A Solvay manterá o foco no negócio do Peróxido de Hidrogénio
A SOLVAY assinou um acordo vinculativo de venda da Solvay Portugal - Produtos Químicos, SA, que inclui os ativos de produção de Clorato de Sódio de Póvoa de Santa Iria, à ALGORA - Sustainable Investments, SGPS, empresa constituída em joint venture entre a A4F - líder em biotecnologia - e a Green Aqua - produtora de algas -, duas das principais parceiras locais da SOLVAY. No quadro desta transação, a SOLVAY manterá e centrará o seu foco na unidade de produção local de Peróxido de Hidrogénio, continuando a apoiar a altamente exigente indústria de pasta e papel.
